American picture book for kids. Published as part of the Balloonies! franchise, which included a TV show, an educational road-show, a series of hi-energy hit singles and a theme park. The Balloonies! were four charming dirigibles: Mel was always happy and liked a laugh, Hal was sensible and wise, Deke was the simple big-hearted doofus who got into scrapes and Floyd was the healthy and outward-boundsy one (a natural to host this particular book). They were always such fun.
