The Record Books • Never Mind the Bollocks

A reader has amended the title, in biro, from the original ‘Never Mind The Bullocks’. It is, perhaps, a succinct critique. This story of a wayward and feckless cowhand – whose constant need for complicated carnal gratification must have resulted in the loss of much livestock – is poorly plotted. The anonymous author leaves us pondering the fate of the animals, focussing overmuch on the minutiae of the main character’s libido.
