She said: ‘I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your programmes.’

He said: ‘Thank you very much. You may be interested to hear there’s a new series on America coming out in January.’

She said: ‘My son said he wasn’t sure it was you, as you’re not wearing yellow trousers.’

I said: ‘Time to go, Mum, time to go.’
